Hi,
I have electric stove facility in my apartment. There is no gas pipe in our apartment. Gas cooks faster than electric one.

I was thinking to buy a Portable gas propane camping stove and a gas cylinder. Use it in the kitchen. Is it safe way to do? I want to cook fast. I am fed up with the electric one.

The balanced equation below shows the combustion of propane.
C3H8+5O2–>3CO2+4H2O+energy
A) How do I determine the total number of moles of CO2 produced during the test?

B) What is the formula for the primary metal hydroxide used in the lantern and how do i find it?

thanks in advance

I received a Weber Grill as a gift. It uses a tank of gas for fuel that has to be refilled periodically. Is it possible to convert this grill so that a plumber could connect it straight to my natural gas line?
If so, do you know where I could buy a kit to do this?

Electric Furnace vs Propane furnace?

We are getting a new double wide home and putting it on a crawl space. In the house now is an electric furnace. We have the option of switching it out for a propane furnace if we want. We want to know what would be better(cheaper) to get. The last time I filled my current propane tank was back in Feb or March i think and it was over 700 Bucks! We probably get 3-4 tanks filled a year which is turning out to be a lot of money! And the prices just don’t seem to be going down at all. So what would be better for us to have? We live in Northwestern PA. So it gets pretty cold and snowy here.

solar energy for free? I was?

I was told by someone that it may be possible to have solar energy installed on my home for free. Nothing in life is free of course, but I was wondering if anyone had any information about this. I plan on moving to the country and would love to be self sufficient. Well water, propane and solar energy would be great. Can anyone tell me if they know about programs to install solar energy for homes at no cost or very low cost to me.
